Founder’s Message
In the Name of Allah, the Most Merciful, the Most Compassionate
All praise is due to Allah, Lord of the worlds, and peace and blessings be upon our beloved Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), who was sent as a teacher and a guide for humanity.
The establishment of Darul Uloom Qadriya Gulshan Barkat was born from a deep concern for the preservation of authentic Islamic knowledge and moral values. At a time when many regions were deprived of proper religious guidance and when misleading ideas were gaining ground, it became essential to create an institution rooted in the Qur’an and Sunnah, capable of nurturing faith, character, and understanding.
Antiya Thok, in district Gonda, was one such area where people sincerely desired Islamic learning but lacked access to structured religious education. With the help and guidance of senior scholars, and relying solely on the mercy of Allah, the foundation of Darul Uloom Qadriya Gulshan Barkat was laid. The aim was simple yet profound: to spread correct Islamic teachings, strengthen beliefs, reform conduct, and prepare individuals who could serve the Ummah with sincerity and wisdom.
This institution is not merely a place of learning; it is a center for moral training, spiritual growth, and community reform. Along with traditional Islamic sciences, attention has been given to modern education and practical skills so that our students may face contemporary challenges with confidence while remaining firmly grounded in their faith.
The progress and acceptance that Darul Uloom has received over the years is solely due to the grace of Allah, the prayers of well-wishers, and the tireless efforts of dedicated teachers and students. I sincerely urge parents, scholars, and supporters to continue extending their guidance and cooperation so that this institution may fulfill its responsibilities in an even better manner.
May Allah accept this humble effort, protect this institution, and make it a lasting source of guidance and benefit for the Ummah. Ameen.
